When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number and delivery address. That is all we need to get a parcel to you. We do not ask for or store any card, bank or payment account details — orders on this site are cash on delivery.
Why we collect it
We use your details to confirm your order by phone, to deliver your parcel, and to contact you if there is a problem with the order. We may use your number to tell you about a new collection; if you would rather we did not, say so and we will stop.
Who we share it with
We share your name, number and address with the courier company delivering your parcel. That is the only sharing we do. We do not sell or rent customer information to anyone.
