We deliver across Bangladesh with cash on delivery. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order.
After you order
- You place the order on the website or send it to us on WhatsApp.
- We call you on the number you gave us to confirm the product, size and address.
- On that call we confirm the delivery charge for your area and how long it will take.
- The parcel is handed to our courier partner and you pay the delivery man on arrival.
Delivery charge
Delivery charges depend on whether you are inside or outside Dhaka and which courier serves your area. We tell you the exact amount on the confirmation call, before anything is dispatched. Nothing is charged to you before then.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. Please keep the amount ready for the delivery man. If you would rather pay in advance through bKash or Nagad, mention it on the call.
Checking your parcel
You may open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery man. If something is wrong, tell us on WhatsApp the same day and we will sort it out.
