Return & Exchange
If the size is not right, we will exchange it. Here are the conditions.
Exchange within 7 days
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Message us on WhatsApp at 01740322000 with your order number and a photo of the product.
Conditions
- The product must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The exchange request must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
- Return courier charges are borne by the customer unless we sent the wrong item or a defective one.
If we made the mistake
If you received the wrong product, the wrong size, or a piece with a manufacturing defect, we cover the full cost of getting it back and sending the correct one. Send us a photo on the day of delivery and we will handle it.
What we cannot exchange
Products that have been worn, washed, altered or tailored cannot be exchanged. Slight variation in colour between your screen and the actual fabric is normal and is not treated as a defect.
