The basics of buying from Clothing Vibes.
Placing an order
An order placed on this website is a request to buy. It becomes confirmed once we reach you by phone and you confirm the product, size, address and delivery charge. Until that call, we may cancel an order if the item has sold out or the address cannot be served.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and are shown on the product page. Delivery charge is separate and is confirmed on the phone call. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed.
Stock
We sell the same stock here and through our Facebook page, so an item can occasionally sell out between your order and our call. If that happens we will offer you an alternative or cancel the order at no cost to you.
Product images
All photographs on this site are of the actual products we sell. Colours can look slightly different on different screens; that variation is not treated as a defect.
Payment
Cash on delivery is the default. Advance payment through bKash or Nagad can be arranged on the confirmation call.
Exchanges
Exchanges are covered by our Return & Exchange policy.
